Service Description

We believe in personalized training that caters to the unique needs of each of our clients. Our personal training program is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether it’s to lose weight, build muscle, or simply feel healthier and more energized. Laura will work closely with you to create a customized workout plan that suits your lifestyle and fitness level, helping you stay motivated and on track towards your goals.


Cancellation Policy

If your personal trainer is more than 10 minutes late for your session you will be entitled to a complimentary session. If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 20 minutes late your personal trainer may choose to cancel the session and you may lose that session, no refund will be given. If you cancel your session within 12 hours you will be responsible for the full amount.
